Pastor Rudy is an inspiring individual who has been married to his beautiful wife Annette for 44 years. Their strong partnership has been a source of love, support, and encouragement throughout their journey. Rudy and  Annette have a son named Joshua who is married to Priscilla. They have been blessed with four grandchildren, who bring immense joy and happiness to their family. 

Over four decades Pastor Rudy has dedicated his life to serving others and spreading the love of Jesus Christ. In 1978, after experiencing a series of adverse events, Pastor Rudy had a profound revelation and encounter with Jesus Christ, the son of God. This life-changing experience led him to establish a church in the Mission district of San Francisco, where he focused on street engagement outreaches and helping the local community.

Later on in 1990, Pastor Rudy extended his ministry to the city of San Fernando. He became the pastor of a Praise Chapel Church and actively engaged with the community through various initiatives. He played a significant role with Communities In Schools, offering parenting classes, and later moving into gang intervention GRYD program. His dedication and commitment were recognized when he was appointed to the Commission of Transportation and Public Safety, as well as being voted as a member of the LA METRO Service Council San Fernando Valley. 

Pastor Rudy is channeling his passion into developing a youth development and diversion model. He recognizes the importance of guiding and supporting young individuals, providing them with opportunities to thrive and divert from negative influences. Through his unwavering faith and commitment to making a positive impact, Pastor Rudy continues to inspire and empower those around him. 

Pastor Rudy's life has been transformed by his experience with Christ. He went through a period of drug and alcohol addiction, engaging in criminal activities such as breaking into homes and cars, joyriding, and even being shot at for attempting to steal car stereos. At the age of 16, he witnessed the traumatic death of his father, who was denied care at a Veterans Hospital. Struggling with his troubled youth, Pastor Rudy made regretful choices while under the influence of drugs and alcohol, eventually leading to an attempted suicide by drug overdose. He dropped out of school at 17 and found himself in and out of city and county jails. After spending time in Mira Loma Detention Center, he realized he never wanted to be locked up again.

At the age of 21, Pastor Rudy faced a life-altering moment when he was shot by gang members in response to a dispute. This event served as a crucial turning point for him, highlighting the risks associated with carrying a firearm and how easily circumstances can lead to a path of incarceration. Through his own challenging experiences, Pastor Rudy gained profound insights into the impact of a shattered spirit and living without clear direction. Yet, amidst his past struggles, he discovered a journey of renewal and meaning through his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.

Since 1978 pastor Rudy carries the experience of faith and community engagement and has been an MC for community events with over 10 years experience of working the stage on a 24 hour basis as entertainment Chair for Relay for Life San Fernando (American Cancer Society Event).  He has provided sound and audio recording for Congressmen & Local City Leaders, Businesses, Veterans and Pacoima Parade, and LAUSD Youth Outreaches with LAPD Michael Scott (Say No To Drugs, Gangs, Drugs & Bullying) as well as numerous community events.  

Pastor Rudy has been serving the Northeast SFV as  MC Audio Specialist & Event Coordinator since 1990 after returning back from the San Francisco Bay Area.
